This information is intended for those that have been invited to a meeting at New Directions, and whose name has been added to the guest list by the meeting organizer. We are not currently allowing walk ins or unexpected guests
As we prepare for this in person meeting, we want you to know of the following safety measures:
- Please self-screen before attending by using these questions from the Shared Health Site: https://sharedhealthmb.ca/files/covid-19-staff-screening-tool.pdf . If you are feeling unwell, please send regrets or request to connect virtually
- Face masks are mandatory
- Hand sanitizer is available at all entrances and in each elevator lobby
- Entry to 717 Portage Avenue is through the North (Parking Lot) Doors
- Ring the doorbell for the Security Guard to grant you entry
- Physical distancing floor plans will be in place, i.e. tables/chairs are spaced 6 ft/2 m apart
- All meeting rooms will be deep cleaned throughout the day
- There are accessible parking stalls at the North entry and on McGee street adjacent to the building
- All other guests are to access street parking and to be aware of time restrictions
