Foundations in Person Centered Work

Foundations in person centered work is a 3 hour introduction into the core values, beliefs and skills needed for staff working with children or adults. In the 3 hours we discuss:

• How our values/bias/culture and experiences impact how we interact with the world around us.
• How empathy versus judgement can create safe spaces for the people we support, then ultimately creating the space for change to happen
• How relationship building is the key to our work with individuals
