Supported Cluster Housing
Supported Cluster Housing provides a transitional housing model for individuals with an intellectual disability grappling with addictions, trauma and/or multiple barriers to independent living.
Each cluster unit offers:
- staff at the house seven days a week
- access to food
- social and physical activities
- mental health supports
- medication supports
- help with problem solving

HOW DO I ACCESS THIS SERVICE?
The Supported Cluster Housing program does not accept referrals from the public or external organizations.
Referrals come directly from the Government of Manitoba.
