Family Connections
Family Connections offers several options for a child to reconnect with their family, culture and community.
Reconnecting with family gives a child or youth the chance for a loving environment and support to make connections with their loved ones and community. Needs are based on the child and family/caregivers, and decrease as needed.

Care Provider (CP) Model
Working from an attachment-focused, trauma-informed philosophy, care providers (formerly known as foster parents) provide children and youth with supports that promote meaningful connections to their family, culture, and home community.

Family Supports (FS)
Walking alongside families, FS assists in building capacity and strengthening self-reliance. The program assists with identifying goals and developing a plan for success. The CHS clinical team, support workers, FS case manger(s) and the families work together to identify the needed supports.
