Community Supports and Outreach

Community Supports and Outreach (CSO) offers flexible levels of support, community and home-based, to adults living with intellectual/physical/mental health challenges.

There are three branches in CSO: Adult Family Supports for people who live in their family home, Deaf Supported Independent Living, and Shared Living Services.

CSO acts as a mid-point between Shift Staffed Homes and Supported Independent Living for individuals who may want to reduce support and eventually begin to live independently. It helps individuals build skills they need such as cooking, doing laundry, paying bills, and attending medical appointments.

Programs
