Affinity Home (AH)
Affinity Home (AH) is an option for young adults aging out of care and in need of a village of support.
Through this program, the young adult finds a mentor they connect with, and moves in with them and their family. Together they work toward goals and independence.

An Affinity Mentor is a person who provides support to the youth as they transition to a more independent life. The mentor helps guide the young adult as they become a member of the family while supporting their values, individuality, development and relationships as an adult. The mentor is part of the support team.
