Adult Home Share helps adults with disabilities live full lives. The vision of Adult Home Share is to have people supported by the program treated with respect and to be fully included in community life.
Adult Home Share connects a person needing supports with a Host and they live together in the Host’s home. The support offered varies widely, from very close relationships where people share a home and their lives, to more independent room and board situations. The arrangement depends on what each person needs and wants.
