Adult Home Share pairs adults living with disabilities that require residential supports, with home share providers (HSP).

Individuals are matched based on a number of factors including compatibility, shared interests, lifestyles and HSP’s skills. The aim is to provide an array of choices to people supported and, once a match is found, create a home where people feel safe and valued, while building genuine connections. Support provided is unique to each person, but is always centred around respect, care, choice, and independence.
