Services

Adult Day Services

Adult Day Services are a variety of programs that work to improve the quality of life of people living with disabilities and/or mental health issues.

We have 6 different programs that offer activities such as work experience, recreational activities, social skill development, and educational programming. Programs are held at 4 different locations in Winnipeg from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All programs use a person-led approach to build relationships with participants and follow their direction in reaching their goals and interests. Their voice is critical to the supports they receive.

All locations offer up-to-date amenities; gym/exercise rooms, large classrooms featuring Smartboards and iPads, lounge areas with comfortable seating, multi-sensory rooms (small spaces with minimal lighting), and large kitchen spaces for cooking classes and meal prepping. All locations have wide open spaces and are completely accessible.
