New Directions is a social service agency offering a wide range of resources and services that provide supports to children, youth, and adults in a variety of settings. We are currently seeking Direct Support Workers to join the Deaf Home Supports team.

We need from you:
- High School or equivalent
- American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency or desire to learn
- Driver’s License
- First Aid (or ability to get)
- Compassion, empathy, and integrity
- Clear Criminal, Adult and Child Abuse Registry Checks
You will or might:
- Plan, make, shop for and enjoy meals
- Help with personal care
- Assist with medications
- Drive to and attend appointments
- Learn how to aid with trauma situations

- Participate in recreational activities (sports, movies…)
- Make a positive difference to vulnerable people
- Build relationships and be a role model

The salary range for this position is $13.48 to $14.91 per hour, based on education and/or experience.
