The Bridges Program offers person centered community living that enables individuals with intellectual disabilities to lead lives marked by self determination, empowerment, circles of support, and active memberships in the community.
Bridges provides person-centered long term residential living arrangements for children, youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We work to make a match between the desires and needs of the individual supported and the people supporting them. Residential living options include living with individuals, couples and families.
We work with individuals with intellectual or development disabilities, families, foster-families, support workers, and the community to create a life for people marked by self-determination, social capital, and citizenship. We call this our ‘partners in possibilities’ support approach.
We work as a team that includes: Individual Supported, Case Managers, Support Workers, Family, and Friends to ensure the well-being, stability and of individuals supported.
