All families experience stress. But when difficulties seem too large to manage, it may be hard to know which way to turn. Family Therapy can help.

The Parenting Centre
We work with parents to explore what may be preventing them from being the parents they want to be. With the support of a counsellor, parents can examine the families they came from, the partners they choose, their own style of parenting and other issues they believe are important.
FASD (Family Support, Education and Counselling Program)
The FASD program works with parents and professionals to develop support programs that meet the individual needs of the children, parents and others involved with the family. (Winnipeg -based services only.)
